This is a very neat style case, as it is made to roll up and is even fitted with a second set of snaps and a second latch for this purpose. I could imagine this being handy for traveling or stuffing inside the radio truck somewhere. This is just my supposition but due to a variety of material choice and elements, I feel like this this might have been made this way so you could lock it to a bicycle
