Clairin Communal Rum 70cl Emporia Brands From crisp autumn days inThis is a blend of the four clairin's from the four communes of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St Michel de l'Attalaye. It's produced naturally with no herbicides of pesticides, and it is fermented using only natural Yeast. This rum has wonderful notes of Fresh Papaya and Sweet Pears along with a Sweet Sugar finish and just a touch of Herbaceous Pine. Should mix well in cocktails and long drinks alike!
